大运会官方网讯 12月16日 ，在宝安区高级英语口语班结业典礼上，大运会执行局志愿者部负责人蔡艺芳向培训班学员代表授予大运会志愿服务队旗帜，祝贺培训班成为大运会志愿服务团队，同时欢迎更多的热心人士积极投身大运志愿服务队伍。 据悉，宝安区高级英语口语培训班由宝安区委组织部、区人事局、区职业能力开发局联合举办。该班45名学员从200多名来自宝安区各单位公务员中层层选拔出来，经过一年多的学习，掌握了较强的英语口语交流及口译能力。  

大运会官方网讯 自12月5日深圳大运会首批志愿者招募正式启动以来，短短一周里，志愿者招募网页点击注册用户人数已接近5000人。其中，个人信息填写完整并已正式提交的人数达到1300人；个人资料未填写完毕，暂处于保存状态的人数达到1400人。 在这些有意成为大运会志愿者的人群当中，年龄最小的仅有13周岁（虽然尚未达到社会志愿者的最低年龄要求14周岁），年龄最大的有67周岁，这些足以体现出广大市民对大运会的热心及支持。 从报名者的类别来看，主要是以深圳高校大中学生、深圳各区已注册义工、深圳各行各业的在职人员居多，同时也有不少来自其它省市高校大学生、海外的留学生踊跃报名。 一周来，大量团体和个人纷纷致电大运会执行局志愿者部和市义工联咨询报名相关事项。  

大运会官方网讯  12月18日，在深圳市大运执行局、深圳市体育局等单位联合主办的“第四届中国体彩高端论坛•把握大运”论坛上，北京团市委书记、北京奥组委志愿者部部长刘剑介绍了北京奥运会及残奥会志愿者工作的经验和体会，为深圳大运会志愿者工作提供宝贵参考借鉴。 他总结了五条经验：第一，志愿者人数众多，得到了海内外各界人士的热情参与；第二，服务领域广泛，涉及赛会保障、城市运行的各个方面；第三，服务周期长，工作量大；第四，志愿者培训全面，服务标准高；第五，微笑理念成为志愿者对人文奥运的生动实践。 此外，刘剑书记还总结了“四个体会”： 坚持全面布局，建立科学高效的运行机制；坚持大众参与，团结凝聚社会各界公众；坚持以人为本，以精神激励为主，促进志愿者全面发展；坚持构建和谐，激发全体志愿者发自内心地服务社会。
