Roberto OUTEIRIÑO (ESP)
Born in Madrid, Spain, on November 10th, 1935; married with two children.
FISU Treasurer since 1991, after having been President of the basketball technical commission (1970-1987) and Executive Committee Assessor (1987-1991). Graduated in Law, Marketing and Advertising.
Member of the Spanish Sports Council. Played basketball at the 1957 Paris Universiade, and as captain of the Spanish team at the 1959 Turin Universiade and the 1965 Budapest Universiade.
Responsible for marketing and sponsoring with the Spanish Basketball Federation. Financial director of the IAAF (International Amateur Athletics Federation).
