A stone boundary marker discovered in Xichong, Longgang District, in March this year was handed over to the city’s cultural heritage administration at a ceremony Wednesday. The white granite marker is so far the only one found in Shenzhen that indicates China’s southern maritime boundary. With both Chinese and English inscriptions, the marker was erected in 1902.
