Provincial experts pass on Asiad accreditation experience
Dec 29, a party of six persons from Guangdong Provincial Department of Public Security and Shenzhen Public Security Bureau came to have a talk about accreditation work with the staff of the Universiade Executive Office Accreditation and Consultation Department, Security and Safeguard Department, credential – making agency and the information center of the State Physical Culture Administration.
At the conversazione, the experts firstly listened to the accreditation preparation for the Universiade. Then they shared their experience with accreditation work at the concluding Asian Games, and people present had in – depths discussion on the way of coherence between each system. When passing on their working experience, experts highlighted the following four requirements: the first is data normalization. True personal information data is precondition and basic guarantee of the event accreditation, they say. The second, training for data acquisition staff should go ahead and be paid much attention to in order to upgrade their professional qualities, while filtering invalid data must be done before data acquisition. The third is preparing emergency response plans in reserve for a rainy day. The last is to keep the communication lines working well by conducting system pressure testing beforehand.
All people present seemed to have a complete communication about the Universiade accreditation preparation through the rap session. Learning from the Asian Games and knowing further about the Universiade accreditation work, they said they will take a sober approach to it and make full preparation of it.
