Jan18, the Signing & plague – awarding ceremony of Universiade Village property management and hotel service providers was held at the Executive Office meeting room. The ceremony was hosted by the Executive office of the 26th Shenzhen Summer Universiade Organizing Committee. Vice President of the Universiade Executive Committee and Director-general of the Executive Office Liang Daoxing, Deputy Director of the Executive Office Liu Pingsheng, and the representatives of a property management provider and six hotel service providers attended the ceremony.
Liang Daoxing introduced the selection work of the Village property management and hotel service providers, and then announced the bid winners. As reported, there will be six hotels to render accommodation service for the Games, with one serving an athletes’ dorm building. The rest hotel will offer service at the running zone and international zone, which house two dorm buildings with 399 apartments reserved. In light of the service capability, industry ranking, sense of social responsibility, awards and management, six hotels were finally chosen. They are Shenzhen Grand Skylight Hotel, Shenzhen International Hotel of Shenzhen Air Hotel Management Co., Ltd., CYTS Shan Shui Hotel Investment Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Kylin Villa, Best Western Shenzhen Felicity Hotel and Shenzhen Bo Yuan Hotel. CPM Property Management Co., Ltd., the finalized Village property management, will take the duty of facility management, environmental cleaning and (pre – games) safety management. Next, bid winners are going to build their respective project teams, by cooking up project takeover programs, formulating management regulations, and working on approaching, check and acceptance of facilities and goods.
At the ceremony, the Village property management and hotel service suppliers made their promise that they will go all out to welcome the Games and build a brand for local service industry through their excellent work. As the Games host and with sense of social responsibility, they are going to provide high – quality services to guests across the world so as to do their bit for the Games.
Liang expressed his thanks to the hotels and property management unit for their support to the Games. He noted, as the Village will accommodate both the athletes and team officials through the globe, the bid winners are expected to provide an every – guest – feels – at -home service, by enhancing training and upgrading service level. Hope their international – level work will satisfy the FISU, satisfy the participants and all citizens. Hope their thoughtful consideration can help stage a more successful Summer Universiade.
