III. Requisite documents for Taking Part in the Contest
3.1 The participants shall submit the works together with a share of completed Application Table.
3.2 The participants shall submit the works together with signed Qualifications Commitment Letter. If the participant is a natural person, he/she shall sign the Qualifications Commitment Letter (Individual); if the participant is a legal entity, its authorized representative shall sign the Qualifications Commitment Letter (Legal Entity), and stamp the seal of the legal entity on it; if the participant is a group, each natural person in the group shall sign the Qualifications Commitment Letter (Individual), and the authorized representative of each legal entity shall sign the Qualifications Commitment Letter (Legal Entity), and stamp the seal of the legal entity on it.
3.3 The participants shall submit the works together with the Intellectual Property Rights Transference Commitment Letter, which shall be attached to the works and signed by the participants.
3.4 The participants shall submit the works together with the requisite documents regulated in Article 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3. Works lack of any one or more requisite documents shall be regarded as unqualified and will not be appraised.
3.5 Languages for the contest: the works for the Design Contest and any information, letter, notice, appeal or application sent to the Contest Office or sent by the Contest Office shall be in Chinese or English. Take the Chinese version as the standard if the two languages are used together.
3.6 The works and requisite documents submitted by the participants shall be made into an integrated document (a booklet or folded handbook). The integrated document shall have a complete file index to indicate the order of the above-mentioned documents (hereinafter referred to as “the documents for contest”).
