XI. Laws
The rules for the Design Contest shall be explained in line with laws of the People’s Republic of China.
XII. Others
12.1 The Rules and its attachments will be published both in Chinese and English versions. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
12.2 The Executive Board reserves the final explanation rights for any doubtful points arising from the Rules and its attachments. The Executive board shall make further corresponding rules on and provide explanation for uncovered any affairs that are related to the contest.
12.3 Any dispute arising from the Rules and its attachments shall be submitted to the South China Sub-Commission of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.
