Shenzhen will have a specialized sports school complete with teaching buildings, training equipments, sports and scientific research, living and studying buildings, and other corollary facilities. The reporter heard yesterday from the Maintenance Department of Shenzhen Municipal Govenment that the construction of the Shenzhen Sports School’s main projects is going to kick off. In the 26th Universiade, the school’s ground track field will serve as the archery venues for competition and training, while the synthetic training building will act as the weightlifting venues for preliminary competitions and finals.
