SHANGHAI, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) — Cuba’s Dayron Robles led all the way to beat local hero Liu Xiang to win the men’s 110m hurdles title at the Shanghai Golden Grand Prix here on Friday.
Robles, who clocked a season best of 12.92 seconds in the Stuttgart Grand Prix Finals last week, clocked 13.01 seconds for the gold.
Liu, the reigning Olympic and world champion and world record holder, clocked 13.21 seconds to finish third.
American Anwar Moore took the silver in 13.20.
Former Olympic champion and multi-world champion Allen Johnson was fourth in 13.23.
