The Universiade staff has a conversazione with Shanghai counterparts.
Paying a visit to Pudong Airport, Shanghai
January 14 – 15, a party of six persons from the Shenzhen Universiade Executive Office Accreditation and Consultation Department and Security and Safeguard Department came to and learnt from Shanghai – based airport and port.
Since limited international airlines are offered at Shenzhen Airport, many Games participants need to reach Shenzhen via other ports. The Universiade has planned to set some other arrival and departure ports in Beijing, Shanghai, Urumchi, Guangzhou and Zhuhai. As the busiest airport in China, Shanghai based airport used to help greatly with the Beijing Olympics, the Shanghai Expo and the Guangzhou Asian Games, so they boast complete contact mechanism and rich related experience.
The Shenzhen Universiade staff had a conversazione with Shanghai counterparts of Shanghai Port Office, Airport Sub – Public Security Bureau, the Customs, Airport Border Checkpoint, Airport Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and Airport Company. They had a warm talk on arrival – departure work of large – scale activities and made sure of a primary contact mechanism. Shanghai leaders felt confident about their Shenzhen counterparts’ work and expressed they will be back their efforts. After the rap session, Shenzhen guests paid a visit to Pudong Airport and the airport arrival – departure port. They said they did learn a lot in their Shanghai trip, which will be later followed by other trips to Beijing, Urumchi, Guangzhou and Zhuhai.
