On January 8, Saturday, 216 – day countdown to the Shenzhen Universiade, the civil servants’ “civilized traffic” voluntary activity was launched.Under the deployment of the Executive Office general Party branch, six Executive Office staff members participated in the campaign.

That afternoon at Tianmian Bus Stop, in the blue uniform of civil servant volunteers, the six persons helped with traffic by guiding the passengers’ queuing, having them get on or off the bus orderly, and way – showing and transferring consultation. At work, they even took the chance to tell passers – by recent recruitment of the Universiade volunteers.

There were altogether 4,000 civil servants, including the Executive Office staff, taking part in the voluntary campaign, which is one of the activities aiming to improve the office work style. The campaign is set to be carried out every Saturday afternoon and will run from the beginning to the end in the “200 – day citywide drive to welcome the Universide and get the title of national urban civilization”.
