FISU President Killian arrives in Shenzhen
“Hello, my buddy, I am here again. How are you?” After entering the Wuzhou Guest House, the FISU President Killian greet graciously to everybody in the lobby, the evening of September 21. He will attend the Eighth World University Archery Championship to be held in Shenzhen on 23rd, another trip to this city just after the one in May, when the FISU Executive Committee Conference was held in Shenzhen.
Vice President of the Universiade Executive Committee and Director-general of the Executive Office Liang Daoxing, Vice President of the Federation of University Sports of China (FUSC) Yang Liguo and former Minister of the State Ministry of Education Zhang Xinsheng were all at the Wuzhou Guest House to welcome Mr. Killian.
Besides attending this session of the Archery Championship, other purposes of Killian’s trip are listening to the Universiade Executive Office’s reports and witnessing the General Assembly the Federation of University Sports of Asia (FUSA). In addition, Shenzhen Mayor Xu Qin is going to meet Killian and FUSC Executive Committee members. There will be a banquet waiting for Mr. Killian on the evening of September 22, the Mid – autumn Festival Eve, which is bound to be an unforgettable evening for him.
