Eighth World University Archery Championship coordination meeting launched
On the morning of September 1, the Executive Office Competition Department, as well as chiefs with other respective departments such as Finance and Audit Dept, External Relations Dept, Media and Communications Dept, Logistics Dept, Security and Safeguard Dept, Volunteers Dept, Opening and Closing Ceremony Dept, Large – Scale Event Planning Dept, Information and Technology Dept, Registration and Consultation Dept, came to Shenzhen Silver Spring Resort, having a coordination meeting with management staff of the hotel. They discussed issues around the World University Archery Championship including arrival and departure of archers, coaches and team officials, competition and accommodation arrangements.
Afterwards, leaders of the Executive Office came to the Shenzhen Stadium to pay an inspection on the archery range, and had a discussion on zonings, function room allocation and logistics support.
