History: With less than two months to go, the OC of the 2007 WU revealed the identity of the mascot of the Torino Universiade. He is a Dahu and his name is Crazy. Dahu is a crazy and funny animal who lives in the Alps. He has got funny legs, longer in front and shorter in the back, therefore he can easily walk in the mountain. A lot of people heard about this creature, many talked about him in front of a warm fireplace on a cold night in a mountain cottage, but only few had really met him. Dahu, the alpine creature respects the spirit of the Universiade and all the crazy spirit among this great sporting event. Dahu has been picked up as mascot of the XXIII Winter Universade of Torino 2007. He turned to be a very friendly creature with the inhabitants of the Susa, Chisone and Torre Pelice Valley and from his fantastic world he approached the Winter Universiade. From the idea of Domy, (a company from Torino which was founded by Davide Orsini and Mika Yamaji, cool hunters), Dahu is the creative result from the mind of Alessandro Vicario.
