The Internatioanal Broadcast Center of the Universiade has been proceeding rapidly and smoothly, with the major structure capped ahead of time. The IBC, which is an assorted project for the 2011 Universiade, will have been finished by February next year. During the 2011 Games, broadcasting of the splendid events as well as the image of Shenzhen City will be heard and seen by people from all over the world.
