Invitation Letter for the Design Contest forthe Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade Mascot
In accordance with the regulations in the Design Contest Rules for the Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade Mascot (hereinafter called as “Rules”), the Executive Board of the Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade (hereinafter referred to as “the Executive Board”) organizes the Mascot Design Contest (hereinafter called as “the Design Contest”) for the Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade ((hereinafter referred to as “the Universiade”), and collects the Universiade Mascot design schemes from institutions and people all over the world.
The Executive Board formally invites you to take part in the Design Contest. It will nail down the Universiade mascot according to the appraisal result of the Design Contest. The determinate Universiade mascot will be one of the most important symbols of the Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade, and will be attached great importance by the whole world as the image carrier in spreading and embodying the spirits of the Universiade.
Any institution or person that submits works in line with the Invitation Letter and the Rules is qualified for taking part in the contest. Those that have not received the Invitation Letter can download it from the official website of the Universiade: http://www.sz2011.org.
