Qualifications Commitment Letter (Legal Entity)
This legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “the promisee”) makes the following commitments to the Executive Board of the Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade in terms of the qualifications for the Design Contest for the Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade mascot (hereinafter referred to as “the Design Contest”):
1. The promisee hereby commits and assures that the promisee takes part in the Design Contest by violating no provisions in laws, regulations or the Design Contest Rules for the Shenzhen 26th Summer Universiade Mascot, and the promisee has obtained all necessary authorization for signing the Commitment Letter.
2. This Commitment letter shall be explained in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
3. This Commitment letter takes effect from the day it is signed or sealed by the promisee.
