大运会官方网讯 北京奥运会期间,参加赛事的运动员和官员可以开设个人博客。11日,国际奥委会(IOC)理事会在洛桑召开会议,正式批准了这项决议。前日,国际奥委会一名新闻发言人接受本报记者采访时表示,国际奥委会正在讨论相关条款。这是国际奥委会首次批准运动员、官员在赛事期间“开博”。 前日,本报记者通过电子邮件的方式连线国际奥委会一名新闻发言人。她向记者证实了这项决议,并表示博客是一种崭新的沟通方式,国际奥委会对此很感兴趣,目前正在积极研究如何更好地在奥运会期间利用博客。 这位新闻发言人强调,“国际奥委会正在讨论相关条款,在草案出台之前不太适合多做评价。”虽然《奥林匹克宪章》禁止运动员、官员等没有采访证的奥运参与人员从事报道活动,但国际奥委会认为,博客不属此类活动,并正式批准运动员和官员在北京奥运会期间开设博客。 根据国际奥委会的相关规定,奥运会期间,运动员、教练和运动队官员不得在比赛期间充当“记者或其他传媒人物”的角色。此举意在保障采访奥运会的新闻媒体的权利。 运动员和官员的博客是否要接受检查?据此前新华社的报道称,因担心奥运会期间运动员的博客,可能导致不实谣言在互联网上蔓延和传播,国际奥委会运动员委员会称,不反对对运动员的博客进行详细检查。 据悉,雅典奥运会时并没有运动队签约网站、开通博客,当时多是以约专栏的形式发布运动员文章。 – 业内反应 网站打响“博客圈人”争夺战 一门户网站“10篇稿10万元”约请一名人奥运期间开博被拒 运动员和官员开设的博客内容检查由谁完成?标准是什么?国际奥委会表示将于明年年初制定完成相关指导手册,并向各国奥委会发放。 昨天,多家门户网站的博客负责人表示,网站将对博客进行一般检查,建议各运动队具体管理队员博客。同时透露,几家门户网站已打响奥运“博客圈人”争夺战。 网站对博客内容有监控 虽然国际奥委会的指导标准还没有出台,但“肯定会遵循现行的‘不反动’、‘不泄密’原则”。新浪网博客负责人表示,运动员所在的运动队,一般都有规定哪些东西不能写。各网站也都会监控博客内容。“从目前看,运动员一般写的都是生活上、训练中的感受,并不存在与媒体报道的冲突。”他认为,奥运期间运动员的博客检查,应该由其运动队管理,网站只能做一般性的约束检查。 “截至目前,队里没有对博客内容作出规定。”乒乓球国手王皓接受记者采访时表示,他也开设了一个博客,当写日记一样,偶尔写点东西。对博客检查一事,王皓表示“当然可以”。 高价难圈名人开博 运动员开设博客是否有报酬?对此,新浪网博客负责人称,一些运动员会主动找到网站,合作开设、推广自己的博客;而网站也会在网络上搜索哪些运动员开了博客,并把它们归纳起来开通“运动员博客圈”,两者属于合作关系。 另一家门户网站的博客负责人则向记者透露,为了抢占奥运资源,几家门户网站都有自己的博客“圈人计划”,对一些关键性人物,甚至不惜重金。以该网站为例,计划在奥运期间,约请运动员、官员提供稿件,“每人10篇稿件,价格从几千到几万元不等。” 他说,即便高价也难圈到名人,“竞争太激烈了”。一位著名体育节目主持人,刚拒绝了他们“10篇稿10万元”的约请,原因是已与别的网站签订了协议;而另一位体育产业的高管人员则以10篇稿5万元的价格接受了邀请。 (新京报 记者 刘洋)
